Ingredients: 1 free-range chicken, 3 bay leaves, 3 kaffir lime leaves, 2 stalks of lemongrass, 1 segment of galangal, 100 grams of grated coconut, 150 grams of thick coconut milk, Salt, Sugar, Flavor enhancer, Cooking oil.
Wash the free-range chicken thoroughly with running water, then cut it into several pieces according to taste. Set aside. Roast the grated coconut until it turns brown. Set aside. Blend all the spices using a blender. Heat a frying pan with cooking oil, sauté the blended spices until a fragrant aroma is released. Add kaffir lime leaves, curry leaves, galangal, and lemongrass stalks. Once done, add thick coconut milk and stir again.
Insert the clean-washed and cut free-range chicken. Stir continuously for approximately 1-2 hours until the coconut milk reduces.
If the coconut milk has reduced slightly, add roasted grated coconut. Add a pinch of salt, sugar, and flavor enhancer. Adjust the taste according to preference. If the coconut milk has completely reduced and the oil rises to the surface, it is a sign that the chicken rendang is ready to be served.
Ingredient: 1 kg chicken meat 750 ml thin coconut milk 500 ml thick coconut milk instant rendang seasoning red chili bay leaves, kaffir lime leaves lemongrass, shallots, garlic galangal, candle nut, coriander 1/2 tsp salt and flavor enhancer 1/2 ounce red chili pepper 1/2 ounce curly red chili
Blend and sauté the spices. Add lemongrass, bay leaves, kaffir lime leaves, and galangal until fragrant, then add chicken and mix well. Add diluted coconut milk, stir briefly, followed by instant seasoning until the coconut milk reduces. Add thick coconut milk, flavor enhancer, salt, and brown sugar. Cook again until boiling.

Blend the spices finely using a blender. Set aside. Sauté the blended spices with preheated cooking oil. Add lime leaves, turmeric leaves, and lemongrass stalks.
