Ingredients for Manado Seasoning: 5 cloves of garlic, 12 shallots, 9 red chilies, 5 candlenuts, 3 cm turmeric (peeled), 2 cm ginger (peeled), 1 tsp shrimp paste (roasted until fragrant), 1 tsp salt, Sufficient amount of oil as a lubricant.
How to make: Peel the squid skin and remove the ink sac, then clean until there are no remaining stains. Next, coat the squid body evenly with salt. Prepare the Manado seasoning ingredients and oil, grind them with a food processor. Heat a frying pan, add cooking oil and sauté the seasoning until half wilted.
