Ingredients: 1 kg fresh kwetiau noodles 400 grams sliced beef 2 bunches of mustard greens 2 handfuls of bean sprouts 10 meatballs 4 eggs 10 cloves of garlic 10 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce 4 tablespoons of oyster sauce 4 tablespoons of sesame oil 4 tablespoons of soy sauce 4 tablespoons of fish sauce 2 teaspoons of mushroom broth 1 teaspoon of salt
How to Make: Heat the oil, sauté the garlic until fragrant. Add the sliced beef, cook until it changes color to brown. Add the diced meatballs, cook again until done. Then, add the eggs, scramble until evenly cooked. Add oyster sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, and fish sauce. Stir well.
Insert cabbage and bean sprouts into the pan, add mushroom broth and salt. Stir well and cook until the vegetables are slightly wilted. Add wet rice noodles, stir again and cook until the seasoning is absorbed. Ready to serve.
