Recipe for Mini Egg Pizza
Ingredients:2 eggs2 pieces of sausage, thinly sliced½ packet of grated cheese1 tablespoon of flour1 tablespoon of butterTomato sauce as neededChili sauce as neededSalt as needed
How to make: Prepare a container, mix salt, flour, and 1 egg. Beat well and stir until evenly mixed. Prepare another container, beat the remaining eggs and add salt to taste. Set aside.
Preheat the mini pizza mold, spread evenly with butter. Pour enough dough into the mold. After half cooked, sprinkle pieces of sausage on top. Then, pour the second beaten egg mixture on top and flip slowly. Flip the dough again, spread chili sauce or tomato sauce and sprinkle grated cheese on top. Remove and serve.
Recipe Mini Egg Shrimp Pizza
Ingredients:6 large shrimp3 eggs, beaten1 piece of beef sausage, diced1 stalk of spring onion, thinly sliced½ tsp salt¼ tsp granulated sugar½ tsp ground pepper3 cherry tomatoes, sliced1 tbsp grated cheese
How to Make: Prepare a pan, grease it and arrange the shrimp. Prepare a container, mix eggs, salt, sugar, spring onions, and sausages. Stir well. Then, pour into the pan with the shrimp. Sprinkle with tomatoes and cheese on top. Cook until cooked for about 7-10 minutes over medium heat. Don't forget to cover the pan to cook evenly. Once cooked, remove and place on a plate. Cut according to taste and serve while still warm.
Recipe Beef Mini Egg Pizza
Ingredients: 3 tablespoons of Pronas corned beef 100 grams of minced beef ½ packet of Bolognese sauce 75 grams of cheddar cheese 200 grams of high-protein flour 100 grams of medium-protein flour 6 grams of instant yeast 145 ml of cold water 1 egg yolk 60 grams of butter 5 tablespoons of granulated sugar ½ red bell pepper ½ green bell pepper ½ onion

Heat the cooking oil, sauté the minced beef briefly and set aside. Prepare a mixer, mix the flour, egg yolk, instant yeast, and gradually pour in a little water. Stir well. Add sugar, salt, and butter. Stir until the dough is smooth and let it rest for 30 minutes. Then, cover the dough with a cool cloth on top.
After the dough has risen, open and divide it into several small parts. Place the dough on a silpat or a baking tray that has been lightly greased with oil or margarine. Press the dough to form a round shape. Pour bolognese sauce on the dough, add minced beef, corned beef, sliced onions, grated cheese, and spray tomato sauce on top.
