You can make it yourself at home with a super simple way. You can experiment with various fillings, starting from cheese, peanut butter, chocolate, and many more.
Ingredients: 200 grams of tapioca flour, 40 grams of sticky rice flour, 35 grams of high protein wheat flour, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of honey, 75 grams of liquid milk, 50 ml of cooking oil, 35 grams of unsalted butter, a pinch of salt, Purple sweet potato powder.
Ingredient: 400 grams of sweet potatoes, 1 tablespoon of liquid milk, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of margarine, Quick melt cheese.
How to Make: First, make the filling by steaming the cilembu sweet potatoes until cooked, then mash them. Mix the mashed sweet potatoes with milk, honey, and margarine. Stir well. Wrap the sweet potato balls and shape them to resemble sweet potatoes. Coat the dough with purple sweet potato powder, give texture lines on the surface. Bake the dough for 20 minutes until cooked. Ready to serve.
