Recipe Ice Moss Mango

Ingredients:1 package of mango-flavored nutrijel200 grams of granulated sugar700 ml of cold waterIce cubes as neededSauce Ingredients:1 can of evaporated milk100 grams of condensed milk1 sachet of sweet mango-flavored nutrisariNata de coco as needed

               

How to make: Mix all pudding ingredients and cook until boiling. Turn off the stove and let it sit for 3 minutes. Prepare a container, add ice cubes and pour the pudding mixture while stirring slowly. Stir using a whisk until the nutrijel thickens. Add nutrisari, sweetened condensed milk, nata de coco, and evaporated milk. Stir until well combined. Prepare serving glasses and pour the mixture. Mango moss ice is ready to be served.

"Es Lumut Mangga Topping Keju" translates to "Moss Ice Mango with Cheese Topping" in English.

Ingredients:1 pack of mango-flavored nutrijel100 gr of granulated sugar700 ml of water250 gr of nata de coco100 ml of full cream uht milk1 tablespoon of basil seeds100 gr of sweetened condensed milk200 gr of mango fruit1 can of evaporated milkSome cheddar cheese

               

How to Make: Prepare a pot and add nutrijel and granulated sugar. Stir well. Add 700 ml of water. Stir all ingredients until well mixed. Cook over medium heat until the mixture boils. When cooked, let it sit for 3 minutes. Add fruity acid nutrijel and pour into a mold. Wait for the mixture to harden, then grate the mixture using a cheese grater.

Prepare a large enough container and mix nata de coco, nutrijel, evaporated milk, full cream UHT milk, basil seeds, sweetened condensed milk, and mango. Stir all the ingredients until well combined. Adjust the taste and add ingredients as needed. Pour into a container or serving glass. Grate cheddar cheese and place it on top. Mango moss ice with cheddar cheese topping is ready to be enjoyed.
