"Steamed Red Sugar Cake"

Ingredients: 100 ml warm water, 80 grams of brown sugar, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar, 125 grams of wheat flour, 50 ml vegetable oil.

How to Make: Preheat the steamer first. Dissolve brown sugar with warm water. Set aside. Beat eggs and granulated sugar until dissolved and pale. Add sifted flour. Add Javanese sugar solution, stir until well blended. Pour vegetable oil, stir until evenly mixed and make sure the batter does not settle.

Prepare the mold that has been lined with parchment paper, pour the batter until full. Steam for 15 minutes until cooked with high heat. Remove the cooked cake. Ready to serve.

"Steamed Chocolate Cake Recipe"

Ingredients:210 grams of flour20 grams of cocoa powder200 grams of granulated sugar1 teaspoon of chocolate paste1 egg200 ml of room temperature water1 teaspoon of SP2.5 tablespoons of chocolate sprinkles

               

How to Make: Put the flour and cocoa powder in a container while sifting. Add granulated sugar and eggs. Pour in water and chocolate paste. Stir using a mixer for 2 minutes on high speed. Turn off the mixer, then add SP. Mix the dough again at high speed for 12-15 minutes until thick.

Lower the mixer speed for 1-2 minutes. Turn off the mixer, add the meses. Pour the batter into the cup mold until full, steam for 15 minutes until cooked. Lift the sponge cake from the steamer. Ready to serve. Source: Diadona.
