Main Ingredients Spicy Chicken Soup:

½ kg chicken wings2 stalks lemongrass2 bay leaves500 ml coconut water500 ml thick coconut milkGalangal, bruisedThinly sliced palm sugarSalt to tasteChicken powder seasoning to taste

               

"Fine Seasoning Ingredients:"

8 pieces of red chili5 pieces of bird's eye chili6 cloves of shallot2 cloves of garlic¼ teaspoon of pepper1 teaspoon of coriander5 grains of coriander2 cm of turmeric2 cm of ginger

               

"How to Make:"

Wash the chicken wings thoroughly with running water. Blend or chop the spices finely, then sauté until cooked and fragrant. Add the chicken wings, coconut water, bay leaves, lemongrass, and galangal. Cook over low heat until cooked. Add salt, brown sugar, and powdered broth. Adjust the taste and add more spices if the taste is not right.

               

Add whole bird's eye chili if you want it spicier. Cook until the coconut milk broth thickens and absorbs into the chicken. Turn off the heat, prepare a plate, and serve. Source: Diadona.
