- 1 free-range chicken - 2 liters of coconut water - Salam leaves, lime leaves, ginger, galangal, lemongrass - Salt and pepper
- 2 pieces of tomatoes - 5 large red chilies - 3 cloves of garlic - 5 cloves of shallots - 1 tablespoon of coconut oil - Chicken broth
The first step you need to do is prepare the cleaned village chicken and remove the chicken skin.
Next, put the chicken into the pot and add coconut water. Add lime leaves, lemongrass, ginger, galangal, pepper, and salt to enhance the delicious taste of the chicken. Then, stir evenly.
The third step is to pressure-cook the chicken pop in a pot. Just pressure-cook for only 10 minutes. It is not necessary to cook for too long so that the chicken does not become too tender.
Then, for the seasoning, prepare garlic, shallots, tomatoes, and large red chili. Sauté the seasonings in a little coconut oil.
To enhance the flavor, add a little boiled coconut water. Once everything is added, stir the seasoning evenly and fragrant.
After that, transfer those spices to a blender to be blended until smoother.
