"Red Bean Vegetable Recipe"

Ingredients: 300 grams of red beans, 400 grams of boiled beef ribs, 2 teaspoons of roasted shrimp paste, 30 grams of seedless tamarind, 2 bay leaves, 4 cm of crushed galangal, 2 teaspoons of salt, 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar, 50 grams of grated palm sugar, 1 teaspoon of ground pepper, ¼ teaspoon of ground turmeric.

               

"1200 ml water3 curly chili peppers4 tablespoons coconut oil4 cloves of garlic5 shallots500 ml boiled rib broth, strain2 stalks of scallions"

How to Make: Heat oil, sauté garlic and shallots until fragrant. Add boiled rib broth, mix well, then add red beans and beef ribs. Add shrimp paste, tamarind, galangal, bay leaves, salt, sugar, and brown sugar. Mix well and cook until the beans are tender. Add powdered pepper and turmeric. Mix well. Add curly chili peppers, cook until the pungent aroma of the chili disappears. Add water, cook until boiling. Then, add spring onions, stir. Ready to serve.

Recipe for Sour Red Bean Vegetables

Ingredients: 250 grams of red beans, 1 small tomato (diced), 1 large red chili (sliced diagonally), 1 stalk of spring onion (sliced), 10 whole bird's eye chilies, 2 cloves of garlic (thinly sliced), 4 cloves of shallot (thinly sliced), 3 slices of galangal, 2 bay leaves, 2 tablespoons of tamarind solution, 1 piece of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of salt.

               

How to make: Boil water, add galangal, bay leaves, brown sugar, peanuts, garlic, shallots, and roasted shrimp paste. Cook until the sugar dissolves. Add scallions, chili, tamarind solution, salt, and totole. Stir until well mixed and cook until boiling. Add tomatoes, then taste test. If it tastes lacking, add seasoning spices. Source: Diadona.
