"750 ml water + pandan sediment 90 grams rice flour 70 grams tapioca flour 1/4 teaspoon pandan paste 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon plain jelly powder Some ice cubes 200 grams palm sugar or brown sugar 80 grams granulated sugar 100 ml water 1-2 pandan leaves 400 ml coconut milk 1 teaspoon salt 1-2 pandan leaves"
Step 1: First, make the coconut milk by cooking a mixture of 400 ml of coconut milk, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1-2 pandan leaves. Adding salt will enhance the flavor of the coconut milk.
After that, make liquid sugar by heating 200 grams of palm sugar or coconut sugar, 80 grams of granulated sugar, 100 ml of water, and 1-2 pandan leaves.
Filter the liquid sugar and store it in a separate container before mixing it with other ingredients.
Make cendol by mixing and heating 750 ml of water added with pandan suji extract, rice flour, tapioca flour, 1/4 teaspoon of pandan paste, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and plain jelly powder.
After the cendol mixture thickens, pour it into a mold and prepare ice cubes in a container. Mold the cendol and pour it directly onto the ice cubes to maintain its chewy texture and attractive shape.
Pour cendol, coconut milk, and liquid sugar as desired. Add jackfruit or durian toppings if you want a more delicious and refreshing taste.
