"Recipe for Korean-style Bihun Soup"

Basic ingredients: 50 grams of rice noodles, 250 grams of shrimp, 100 grams of Chinese cabbage, 5 boiled quail eggs, sliced green onions as needed.

               

Soup Ingredients:400 mL water1 clove of garlic, finely chopped1/2 cm ginger, finely chopped1 tablespoon chili powder1 tablespoon tomato sauce1 tablespoon chili sauce1/4 teaspoon chicken brothSalt and pepper to taste

How to make Boiled vermicelli until tender and prepare all other ingredients. Saute garlic and ginger until fragrant. Then add shrimp and water. Let it boil. Add sauce, salt, broth, pepper, and chili powder into the broth. Finally, add white cabbage. Just 2 minutes, lift the jjampong broth.
