Ingredients: Fine Seasoning Ingredients: 5 cloves shallots 3 cloves garlic 1 candlenut 1 finger-sized piece of galangal, thinly sliced 10 bird's eye chilies 2 cm lesser galangal ½ teaspoon turmeric powder ½ teaspoon shrimp paste Complementary Ingredients: Sambal Matah Fried peanuts Cucumber, thinly sliced

How to Make: Grind all the ingredients, then sauté in hot oil. Set aside on the side of the pan, then add the eggs and scramble. Add the shrimp and chicken, stir until cooked and change color. Add white rice, then stir evenly with the seasoning until well mixed. Add powdered pepper, oyster sauce, salt, and broth powder according to taste. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.

Finally, add cabbage and spring onions. Stir evenly until the cabbage wilts. Cook until done and the seasoning is evenly mixed. Remove from heat. Prepare a plate, serve while warm with satay lilit and additional accompaniments according to taste.

Recipe for Bali's Special Suna Cekuh Fried Rice

Ingredients: 4 cloves of garlic, 2 cloves of shallots, 2 segments of lesser galangal, 2 cm of turmeric, 1 egg, 6 pieces of bird's eye chili, sufficient shrimp paste, sufficient salt, sufficient sugar, sufficient pepper.

               

How to Make: Grind all the spices until smooth, then sauté with a little oil until fragrant and cooked, set aside. Scramble the eggs and mix with the ground spices. Add the rice and mix together with the eggs and spices. Stir well. Add salt, sugar, and pepper to taste. Adjust the flavor. Stir and cook again until the spices are evenly mixed and cooked.
