"For the ingredients, I use special beef, only half a kilo. Then water, 700 ml of coconut milk and special rendang seasoning," explained Chef Remy at the event.

Ingredients:
- 2 red tomatoes
- 2 green tomatoes
- 4 shallots
- 10 red bird's eye chilies
- 3 curly red chilies
- 1 lime
- 7 basil leaves
- 60 ml hot oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp seasoning
- 1 tsp sugar

1. Prepare 2 red tomatoes, 2 green tomatoes, and 4 shallots. Then thinly slice them
2. Finely chop 10 red bird's eye chilies and 3 curly red chilies
3. Then put all the sliced ingredients into a bowl. Add lime juice
4. Add 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp seasoning to the stir-fry. Then pour 60 ml of hot oil on top and mix well
5. Chop 7 basil leaves and sprinkle them on top to make the sauce fragrant
6. Dabu-dabu sauce is ready to be served as a dip for grilled fish

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of rice
- 3 cups of water
- 1 tsp powdered broth
- 12 pete fruits
- 6 tbsp medan anchovies
- 2 medium-sized ikan peda
- 7 shallots
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 5 red bird's eye chilies
- 2 pcs crushed lemongrass
- 4 bay leaves
- 40 ml coconut milk
- 3 tbsp cooking oil

1. Heat the oil and fry two medium-sized ikan peda that has been cut into three pieces each. Fry until cooked then set aside
2. Thinly slice 7 shallots and 4 cloves of garlic, then saute them using the remaining oil from frying the fish. Add 12 pete fruits and 4 bay leaves
3. Prepare a mortar and grind 5 red bird's eye chilies and 1 clove of garlic, once smooth, add them to the sauteed ingredients
4. Add coconut milk and 6 tbsp medan anchovies to the sauteed ingredients. Cook until fragrant
5. Then remove the sauteed ingredients and put them into a pan. Add 3 cups of water and 2 cups of rice that has been washed. Stir well until evenly mixed and cook until done
6. Then prepare banana leaves as a base and steam the cooked rice and fried fish again
7. Nasi liwet is ready to be enjoyed with various side dishes, sambal, and cucumber.
