  • 5 cloves of shallots
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 10 bird's eye chili peppers
  • Galangal
  • Ginger
  • Coriander
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Nutmeg
  • Mushroom broth
  • Sweet soy sauce

How to Make:

  1. Cut 250 grams of goat meat into 3 pieces
  2. Then put water into a pan to pressure cook the meat. Season with 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper powder, 3 cloves of crushed garlic, 1 bay leaf, and a pinch of cardamom, cloves, star anise, cumin, and black pepper. Add 3 pieces of goat meat and pressure cook for at least 30 minutes
  3. Once cooked, remove and drain the meat. Then cut into desired pieces
  4. Add 10 red curly chili peppers, 5 cloves of shallots, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 piece of galangal, ginger, coriander, and cloves. Don't forget to add a little oil and water, then blend until smooth
  5. Sauté the blended seasoning and season with a little salt, nutmeg, mushroom broth, pepper, and sugar
  6. When the seasoning starts to turn brown, add the pre-cooked goat meat. Don't forget to add sweet soy sauce and enough water
  7. If you like it spicy, you can add 10 whole bird's eye chili peppers. Cook until done
