1. Prepare 2 red tomatoes, 2 green tomatoes, and 4 shallots. Then thinly slice them

2. Cut 10 small red chili peppers and 3 red curly chili peppers into small pieces

3. Then put all the sliced ingredients into a bowl. Add lime juice

4. Add 1 tsp of sugar, 1/2 tsp of salt, and 1/2 tsp of seasoning. Then pour 60 ml of hot oil on top, and mix well

5. Cut 7 basil leaves and sprinkle them on top to give the sambal a fragrant smell
