Dream - Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (PAN-RB), Abdullah Azwar Anas revealed that the relocation of the Indonesian Capital City (IKN) in Kalimantan consists of five phases. The first phase, which is from 2020 to 2024, is the construction of a miniature government organizer. In this stage, there will be a relocation of institutions and Civil Servants (ASN) as well as the effectiveness of government administration in IKN through digital work patterns.
