Dream - PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk or Adira Finance has held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) which has resulted in several decisions.

First, the AGM approves the Company's Annual Report for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2023, the endorsement of the Company's Financial Statements for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2023, which have been audited by Imelda & Rekan Public Accountant Office (a member of Deloitte Asia Pacific and Deloitte Global Network), with an unmodified audit opinion, and approves the Annual Supervisory Board Report for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2023.

Next, the AGM also decided to pay cash dividends of approximately 50% of the Company's net profit for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2023, or around IDR 972 billion or IDR 972 per share. This dividend payment will be made on May 2, 2024.

Adira Finance consistently continues to appreciate the support of shareholders. The General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) also decided to allocate Rp19.4 billion or 1% of net profit as a general reserve fund in accordance with the Limited Liability Company Law.

Lastly, the Company reported the use of funds from the issuance of Adira Finance Sustainable Bond VI Phase I 2023 worth Rp1.7 trillion, Adira Finance Sustainable Mudharabah Sukuk V Phase I 2023 worth Rp300 billion, Adira Finance Sustainable Bond VI Phase II 2023 worth Rp1.25 trillion, and Adira Finance Sustainable Mudharabah Sukuk V Phase II 2023 worth Rp300 million.
