Dream - The Directorate General of Air Transportation of the Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub) revealed the condition of flight services after the National Data Center (PDN) experienced a cyber ransomware attack called Brain Cipher.
Secretary of the Directorate General of Air Transportation at the Ministry of Transportation, Sigit Hani Hadiyanto, ensures that the cyber attack does not affect flight services. "Our central system is located at Pusdatin, the Center for Data and Information, and so far there has been no identified disruption to services at the Ministry of Transportation," he said as quoted from Liputan6.com on Wednesday, July 3, 2024.
In addition, Sigit also revealed that the disturbances occurring in PDN do not affect aircraft navigation services. He ensured that flight services can still operate safely and normally as usual.
