Dream - The Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) has a complaint post for the service of religious holiday allowance (THR) payment for Eid al-Fitr 2024 for workers.
Minister of Manpower Ida Fauziyah said that the post located at the Ministry of Manpower office in Jakarta can be accessed by workers and laborers on working days.
The establishment of this THR service post is regulated in Circular Letter (SE) Number M/2/HK.04.00/III/2024 regarding the Implementation of Religious Holiday Allowance for Workers in Companies in 2024.
"With the issuance of this circular, we are also starting to open a religious holiday allowance post, the post is located in the adjacent building, later friends can see it directly,"

This post is available 24 hours a day. For workers or laborers outside Jakarta, you can access the THR service post online by visiting the website page at poskothr.kemnaker.go.id.
"The Ministry of Manpower has also reopened the (online post), friends can visit the THR post at kemenaker.go.id," said Ida. In addition, the Ministry of Manpower also opened a call center service for complaints related to religious THR payments by contacting the number 1500-630."

Not only that, Kemnaker also provides services through WhatsApp. For complaints about THR payments, workers and laborers can contact the number 0811-9521-151.
"So, the public can also utilize WhatsApp service to report issues related to THR," he added.
Ida added that the THR payment must be paid in full and cannot be paid in installments. Companies are also required to pay the THR no later than H-7 before Idulfitri 2024. Ida hopes that all companies comply with the provisions regarding the distribution of religious THR during Idulfitri 2024.
