Dream - Recruitment Together with SOEs (RBB) will be reopened for the 2024 edition. The Ministry of SOEs has scheduled that the massive recruitment process will begin in March next year.
Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Erick Thohir stated that job vacancies this year will not only be carried out by the parent or holding company of state-owned enterprises. Subsidiaries and affiliated companies of state-owned enterprises that are participating in joint recruitment with state-owned enterprises will also be involved.
"My hope is that, with a wider acceptance scope, RBB can open up employment opportunities as wide as possible for the best sons and daughters and create excellent talents for the nation."

Erick said, Joint Recruitment of State-Owned Enterprises is needed to support diversity and transformation in the State-Owned Enterprises group. Furthermore, it is hoped that the RBB program can improve the welfare of the community.
"Besides that, this program is very important to support diversity and transformation in the BUMN group to make BUMN a global player and participate in the progress of Indonesia's economy. This opportunity will also certainly have an impact on improving the welfare of society."

This recruitment reaches high school graduates or equivalent, D3, S1/D4, up to S2, as well as both organic (PKWTT) and contract (PKWT) employment status.
In its implementation, this RBB will be organized by the Indonesian Human Capital Forum (FHCI).
The General Chairman of FHCI, Alexandra Askandar, appreciates the trust given by the Ministry of SOEs to FHCI to once again organize the RBB 2024.

Among other things, by improving the reliability of the system, evaluating the stages of the RBB process, providing more detailed and clear information that facilitates participants, as well as enhancing transparency and accountability."
