Dream - The voting stage of the 2024 General Election (Pemilu) is just days away. The implementation will take place on February 14, 2023, where a total of 5.7 million members of the Election Organizer Group (KPPS) were officially inaugurated by the General Election Commission (KPU) on Thursday, January 25, 2024. As KPPS members who are responsible for carrying out the KPU program, the officials will work for one month until February 25, 2024. Compensation for their dedication is given in the form of salaries for KPPS employees.
"Adhoc Body"
KPPS itself is included in the ad hoc body consisting of the District Election Committee (PPK), Voting Committee (PPS), Voting Organizer Group (KPPS), and Voter Data Update Officer (Pantarlih).
The adhoc body has obligations and salary regulations that have been stated in the Ministry of Finance Letter Number S-647/MK.02/2022. The regulations explain various detailed matters, including the amount of KPPS salary.
According to Liputan6.com, the salary of KPPS will be disbursed one month after their work period ends or thereafter. It is likely that the KPPS salary will be scheduled to be disbursed on February 25 or thereafter.
"Gaji Badan Adhoc Pemilu 2024" translates to "Salary of the Adhoc Body for the 2024 Election" in English.
The following is the amount of salary for the members of the ad hoc Election Commission 2024, which consists of PPK, PPS, KPPS, and Pantarlih: 1. Salary for the Polling Station Organizers Group (KPPS) The salary for the Chairperson of KPPS Election 2024 is around Rp 1,200,000 The salary for the members of KPPS Election 2024 is around Rp 1,100,000
2. District Election Committee (PPK) Salary Chairman of PPK Election 2024 salary is around Rp 2,500,000 Members of PPK Election 2024 salary is around Rp 2,200,000 Secretary of PPK Election 2024 salary is around Rp 1,850,000 Implementing Officer of PPK Election 2024 salary is around Rp 1,300,000
