Dream - Legislative candidate (caleg) from the Democratic Party, Syarifuddin Dg Punna, was caught on camera distributing money to residents at the Losari Beach Pavilion, Makassar. In the viral video that circulated, Syarifuddin brought Rp50 thousand banknotes stored in a box. He distributed the money to several street musicians and visitors at Losari Beach.

Although he is a candidate for the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI), he emphasized that there was absolutely no campaign element when distributing the money. He mentioned that there were no campaign props (APK) and no invitation to vote for him. "I didn't bring any campaign props and I didn't convey to choose me. I conveyed to remember not to be exploited by irresponsible people, avoid money politics because it is a grave sin," he said.

"If you already know it and you don't know, then find out, then you can make a choice. It doesn't mean I'm the best, I'm asking to be chosen, don't," he added. SaDap also doesn't mind if someone reports him to Bawaslu. In fact, he supports it if someone reports him. "If there are indeed those who want to report, please do. In fact, I support it.
