Dream - The Indonesian Consumer Institution Foundation (YLKI) proposes that the government implement the working system used in Germany.

In the proposed system, the working hours in one week are only four days and employees have three days off.

Head of Daily Management YLKI, Tulus Abadi, said that the four-day work policy can boost the productivity of workers. According to him, the four-day work system has been established by Germany starting from February 1, 2024.
