Dream - Sad news came from the Indonesian beauty industry, the founder of the Mustika Ratu brand, Mooryati Soedibyo, has passed away. This blue-blooded woman with the title of Bandara Raden Ajeng (B.R.A.) took her last breath today, Wednesday, April 24, 2024.
The news of the death of this beauty entrepreneur is buzzing on social media and circulating through short messages. One of them was shared by Dr. Reisa Brotoasmoro on her Instagram account.

Quoted from Liputan6.com, the woman who was born on January 5, 1928, was laid to rest at the funeral home on Mangunsarkoro Street Number 69, Menteng, Central Jakarta. The deceased will be departed to the final resting place in Tapos, Bogor, from the funeral home after the Dhuhr prayer.
The passing of Mooryati Soedibyo certainly brings a deep loss to the beauty industry in Indonesia. With her expertise, she developed the brand Mustika Ratu and various herbal medicine products, elevating their prestige.
"It was also the one who initiated the Princess of Indonesia Foundation to create a prestigious beauty competition, searching for talented and inspirational indigenous Indonesian women."
A month before her passing, Mooryati Soedibyo received the Lifetime Achievement Award from Thailand. The award was presented by the wife of the Prime Minister of Thailand, Dr. Pakpilai Thaivisin, and was accepted by the President Director of PT Mustika Ratu Tbk, Bingar Egidius Situmorang, at the Asia Pacific Spa Wellness Coalition (APSWC) event in The Ballroom, The Salil Hotel Riverside, Bangkok, Thailand on Thursday, March 21, 2024.
