This project is built on a three-hectare land, with 402 apartment units and luxurious facilities that will be ready for occupancy in the second quarter of 2025. There is a facility in the form of a 1-kilometer jogging trail surrounded by green trees that makes the air cool. It will be equipped with Soil Moisture Sensor, Urban Forest, Water Recycling, Compost Processing, as well as indoor technology that includes Smart Air Filters and Air Quality Sensors.

In realizing it, Savyavasa collaborates with Petskita, a community-based pet ecosystem.
