Dream - In the Indonesia Motorcycle Show (IMOS) 2023 event, PT Astra Honda Motor (AHM) announced a 5-year frame warranty for all motorcycle models. This step is taken in response to the viral case of the eSAF (enhanced Smart Architecture Frame) frame, which is suspected of rusting and corroding.

Astra Honda Motor (AHM) brings 27 motorcycle models to the Indonesia Motorcycle Show (IMOS) 2023 exhibition.
In the midst of showcasing cool motorcycles, Honda also provides clarification regarding the case of a corroded frame that went viral on social media some time ago.
In response to the case, PT AHM officially announces a warranty for all of its motorcycles to be extended to 5 years.
Executive Vice President of PT AHM, Thomas Wijaya stated that Honda also provides special facilities to all loyal customers of its products, especially users of Honda motorcycles with esaf frames, such as Honda Beat, Honda Jenio, Honda Scopee, and also Honda Vario 160.
"We would like to inform you that all customers can come to the nearest official AHAS workshop to ensure the condition of their motorcycles is in good performance through the frame check service that has been opened since last August," he said during the IMOS+ 2023 event, Wednesday, October 25, 2023."
This is related to Honda's feedback on the viral case of the eSAF (enhanced Smart Architecture Frame) chassis due to rust and corrosion.
In response to the viral case of a fragile frame on social media, AHM firmly stated that their finished products have been measured according to global standards.
To gain full trust from the community, AHM also provides full anticipation with frame checking service at its official workshops. This warranty is valid for the mileage on PGM-FI injection components for 5 years or 60,000 km.
