Therefore, Polaris Drink, as a carbonated beverage brand owned by PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk, invites professional and high-quality bartenders and Mixologists to participate in the 'Polaris Master ExPOLrasi 2024' Mixologist competition.

Managing Director of CCHC PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk., Aviaska D. Respati, revealed that Polaris wants to challenge mixologists to explore new ideas in crafting unique and special beverages using Polaris as the base ingredient.

This competition is participated by participants from well-known hotels, restaurants, and cafes in the capital city and will take place on Friday, May 3, 2024 at Artotel Suites Mangkuluhur, Jakarta. This competition also collaborates with several professional judges. One of them is William Gozali, who is known for his special expertise in creating various delicious and unique drinks. William expressed his enthusiasm in his involvement as a judge in this competition.

"Reflecting on my career experience that also started from a competition, I am certainly very enthusiastic to be able to witness the birth of talented Mixologist seeds in Indonesia," said the man who is often called WillGoz."

Participants are requested to experiment and create interesting drinks using various ingredients and techniques. This creation must involve the latest variant of Polaris products, namely Polaris Bitter Lemon, which complements the range of Polaris Soda Water, Polaris Coffee Cream, and Polaris Sarsaparilla.

After going through a strict assessment, this competition was finally won by the three best Mixologists. All winners, besides being crowned as Polaris Master ExPOLrasi, also received a trophy and certificate as well as cash with a total of millions of rupiah.
