Mellisa assessed that AG showed no remorse, even though David's condition is concrete evidence of his involvement.

"2. There is no honesty as a manifestation of this child perpetrator's remorse, even though he knows exactly how devastated David's condition is due to his actions. 3. David's current condition is concrete evidence of the involvement of this child perpetrator," she wrote.

Furthermore, the actions carried out by AG are not typical for someone his age. It is known that AG is currently 15 years old and attending high school.

"5. There was no effort whatsoever to prevent and stop the assault on the victim's child. He chose to remain silent and let the unconscious victim continue to be kicked in a cruel manner," Mellisa Anggraini continued.

The last reason, according to Mellisa, is that AG's actions have damaged David Ozora's future. Therefore, he should not be given leniency.

Initially, this account responded to the tweet from David's family's legal counsel, stating that AG should be demanded the maximum punishment.
