In the first place, read the istighfar three times. أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ الْعَظِيمَ الَّذِي لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْهِ. It means: "I seek forgiveness from Allah, the Mighty, there is no god except Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of existence, and I repent to Him."
