Anwar said, digitalization has revolutionized the job market, changing work organizations, job structures, and the nature of the work itself. In addition, according to him, digitalization also provides opportunities for efficiency and increased productivity.
He stated, Indonesia has proactively implemented adaptive labor policies in response to the challenges of digitalization.
