Recently, the world's largest iceberg called A23a moved past the northern tip of the Antarctic Peninsula towards the Southern Ocean after being at the bottom of the sea for 37 years. This phenomenon raises concerns about causing various problems.

The movement of the mountain A23a was shared by the British Antarctic Survey through a time-lapse video on its official account @BAS_News. "The largest iceberg A23a is moving. This is its journey out of the Weddell Sea after landing on the seabed in August 1986," wrote the video caption.

When the movement of the world's largest iceberg becomes stronger, it will be thrown into the Antarctic Circumpolar Current. This allows A23a to be in a path known as the ice mountain corridor, making it easy to move towards the Southern Ocean.
