However, after this incident, AK and her husband who lived in a rented house in the Kampung Rawa Ilat area, Cileungsi, Bogor Regency, West Java, decided to separate. "In the rented house where the suspect and their child lived. Now her husband has separated. Yes, yesterday during the incident, her husband was still there, but now her husband has separated," said Ade.

AK has been arrested in Kampung Rawa Ilat, Cileungsi, Bogor Regency, West Java on Thursday, June 6, 2024, around 05.00 AM WIB. In the arrest, the police also seized some evidence. "Handphone, clothes used by the mother and child were confiscated as evidence," he added.

On this incident, AK has been designated as a suspect and charged with multiple articles, namely the Criminal Code, the Information and Electronic Transactions Law, the Pornography Law, and the Child Protection Law.

"Article 294 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code and/or Article 45 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 27 paragraph (1) of Law Number 1 of 2024 concerning the second amendment to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions and/or Article 29 in conjunction with Article 4 paragraph (1) of Law Number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography and/or Article 88 in conjunction with Article 76 I of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning the amendment to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection."
