Ingredients:1 kg yellow noodles1 tablespoon cooking oil1 bunch of green mustard1 ½ tomatoes¼ cup small shrimp, adjust2 handfuls of bean sprouts2 carrots2 bunches of celery3 stalks of leek400 ml water, adjust2 cucumbers, slicedFried onions as neededCrackers as needed
Ingredients: 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tsp sugar 1 packet of pepper 1 packet of chicken broth powder (optional) 6 candlenuts 6 cloves of garlic 8 red chili peppers 13 shallots (5 shallots sliced) Sweet soy sauce, to taste Salty soy sauce, to taste Vinegar, to taste Salt, to taste
How to make: Prepare the ingredients for the seasoning, then blend them using a blender and chop the onions. Prepare a pan and pour a spoonful of oil, let it heat up.
