Recipe for Aceh Fried Noodles

Ingredients:1 kg yellow noodles1 tablespoon cooking oil1 bunch of green mustard1 ½ tomatoes¼ cup small shrimp, adjust2 handfuls of bean sprouts2 carrots2 bunches of celery3 stalks of leek400 ml water, adjust2 cucumbers, slicedFried onions as neededCrackers as needed

               

Ingredients: 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tsp sugar 1 packet of pepper 1 packet of chicken broth powder (optional) 6 candlenuts 6 cloves of garlic 8 red chili peppers 13 shallots (5 shallots sliced) Sweet soy sauce, to taste Salty soy sauce, to taste Vinegar, to taste Salt, to taste

How to make: Prepare the ingredients for the seasoning, then blend them using a blender and chop the onions. Prepare a pan and pour a spoonful of oil, let it heat up. Add the shallots and stir until golden. Add the ground seasoning and wait until it becomes fragrant. Also add shrimp and leeks, stir until wilted. Add the stalk of mustard greens and carrots, then pour water and season with soy sauce, saori, and vinegar. Cover the pan briefly.

After the stems of mustard and carrots are soft, add mustard greens, tomatoes, and bean sprouts then mix well. Adjust the taste according to preference. Add noodles after the vegetables are tender. Cook until done, then add celery. Once cooked, remove from heat and serve.

How to Make: Boil noodles until cooked, drain. Prepare a frying pan and sauté shallots with oil until fragrant. Add chicken and cook until half cooked. Add ground spices and sauté until fragrant and cooked. Pour water and add mustard greens until slightly cooked. After that, add the noodles.
