How to Make: Mix fermented cassava, flour, granulated sugar, butter, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, salt, and vanilla, stir evenly until well mixed. Pour water and stir again until well blended. Prepare a frying pan and heat the oil. Fry the biscuits briefly until golden brown. Once cooked, remove and serve.

Take a biscuit and spread the tape mixture (25-30 gr according to taste) then stack it back with the gabin on top of the tape filling, press and tidy up the edges.
Do it until the ingredients run out. Can be stored in the freezer or fried immediately. Prepare a non-stick pan and heat the cooking oil. Cook over medium to low heat, flipping only once. Once cooked, remove and serve.
