Ingredients: 500 grams of wheat flour, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of instant yeast, 200 grams of granulated sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 200 ml of warm water, White sesame seeds, Cooking oil.
How to Make Bolang Baling for Sale: Prepare a container, then start mixing wheat flour, granulated sugar, instant yeast, and salt. Stir well using a whisk or spatula until thoroughly mixed. Separately, crack the egg into a bowl and beat it. For delicious bolang baling, do not beat the egg for too long. After that, add the beaten egg to the flour mixture. Stir until well mixed.
Pour the warm water slowly little by little while kneading the dough with your hands. Make sure to knead until the dough is thoroughly mixed and elastic. Let the dough rest in a covered container for about 30 minutes until it expands. Only then shape the dough into bloang baling cakes that will expand. Take a small amount of dough, then round it or shape it like a pillow cake.
Place it in a baking tray, sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Repeat until all the dough is used up. Heat oil in a pan, then fry the bolang baling cakes until golden brown. Remove, drain, and the cakes are ready to be served while still warm. If you want to add more delicious flavor variations, you can prepare fillings such as chocolate, strawberry, red velvet, cheese, vanilla, and others.
