  • 400 grams of chicken breast
  • 32 grams of garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tbsp oil
  • 5 curly chili peppers
  • 10 bird's eye chili peppers
  • 170 ml water

How to make grilled sate taichan:

1. Cut the chicken breast into pieces and marinate with 1/4 tsp of garlic, 1/4 tsp of pepper, 1/4 tsp of salt, and lime juice for 10-15 minutes. Don't forget to spread the marinade evenly on the entire surface of the chicken breast.

2. Skewer the chicken breast with satay skewers.

3. Grease the grill with oil and grill the sate taichan for 2-3 minutes per side over medium heat.

4. Make the sate taichan dipping sauce by boiling the chili peppers and garlic. Add a little salt.

5. Drain and mash the boiled ingredients.
