Ingredients:

  • 600 ml unsalted chicken broth

  • 6 small white tofu, cut without breaking

  • 1 carrot, sliced like a 1 cm flower

  • 1/2 stalk of green onions, finely chopped

  • 180 gr finely ground chicken meat

  • 3 tbsp finely chopped onion

  • 1.5 tbsp cornstarch

  • 1 clove garlic, mashed

  • 1/4 tsp Royco special chicken broth

  • 1 cm ginger, mashed

  • 1/4 tsp granulated sugar

How to make tahu bakso kuah:

1. Prepare a container, then mix the ground chicken meat, green onions, cornstarch, garlic, Royco Special Chicken Broth, ginger, and granulated sugar. Stir well.

2. Fill the tofu with the chicken mixture. Flatten. Repeat until all the ingredients are used.

3. Boil the broth, cook the tofu until cooked. Add carrots, cook until the carrots are tender. Remove from heat.

5. Arrange in a serving bowl, sprinkle with green onions.
