- 25 ml Truffle oil
- 100 gr Mayo

Seblak

How to make:

- Grind green chili, curly green chili, red chili peppers, shallots, garlic cloves, kencur, vetsin, sugar, salt, shrimp paste
- Pour the roughly ground spices with hot oil
- Boil the white crackers
- Melt the butter, add the garlic cloves
- Crush the garlic cloves with a sieve
- Prepare the mayo, put the crushed garlic and add truffle oil
- Season the wagyu beef with a little flour, sprinkle with black pepper, and salt
- Heat the pan, then cook the beef. Cook until desired level of doneness
