If you are experiencing this, from now on Sahabat Dream don't need to worry anymore about the food menu. Sarah Lucia, a content creator who calls herself "ex-Anak Kos" shares the recipe for Tahu Nori Shimeji through her personal Instagram account, @sarahluciak_.

250 gr white tofu 1 pack nori 1 egg, separate the white 2 tbsp vegetable oil 3 cloves of garlic, chopped 1 tbsp sesame oil
150 gr Shimeji mushrooms 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons oyster sauce Pepper, salt, and mushroom broth to taste Cornstarch solution Sufficient amount of water
1. Prepare a mat, then cut the white tofu into cubes. 2. Apply egg white on top of the white tofu. 3. Cut the prepared nori into squares, just like the white tofu. Cover the top side of the white tofu with nori. 4. Prepare a preheated steamer, then steam the nori tofu for approximately 5 minutes. 5. Prepare a non-stick frying pan with a little hot oil, then fry the steamed nori tofu until golden brown.
6. Move the eaten nori tofu to a serving plate first. 7. Using the same frying pan, sauté the garlic until it releases a pleasant aroma. 8. Add shimeji mushrooms, then pour water until the mushrooms are submerged. Wait until it boils. 9. Add complementary seasonings such as sesame oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, white pepper, mushroom broth, and salt to taste. 10. Pour the cornstarch solution into the frying pan, then stir until thickened. 11. Pour the cooked mushroom sauce over the nori tofu. Nori tofu shimeji is ready to be enjoyed.
