Dream - Betawi's special dish, Kerak Telor, brings a savory and sweet taste. This menu was born from the abundance of coconuts in the Jakarta area. The Betawi community then processed it with eggs and became this one menu.
"Kerak Telor not only indulges the taste buds with the savory flavor of eggs combined with serundeng, but also provides a unique texture experience. Usually, this menu is served during Betawi cultural events or Jakarta's birthday. Well, how about making it yourself at home. Here is the recipe."
