Fine Seasoning Ingredients: 60 grams shallots, 70 grams garlic, 1 teaspoon curry powder, 1 teaspoon chili powder, 70 grams curly chili, 10 grams coriander, 10 grams cumin, 30 grams candlenuts, 4 grams whole pepper, 3 cm ginger, 3 cm turmeric.
Dry Seasoning Ingredients: 1 piece of star anise, 10 cloves, 2 cm cinnamon stick, 10 grams of cardamom.
How to Make Grilled Chicken Curry: Clean the chicken, cut into 4 or 8 pieces. Drain. Blend all the ingredients for the seasoning with a chopper or blender.
