Recipe Tomato Noodles
Ingredients: 4 tomatoes, boiled briefly and peeled 3 tablespoons of cooking oil 4 cloves of shallots, finely sliced 2 cloves of garlic, finely sliced ½ teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of chicken broth powder 1 liter of water 4 packets of instant noodles, boiled.
50 gr mustard greens, cut into 3 cm 12 red bird's eye chili peppers 2 stalks of green onions, cut into 3 cm 4 eggs, boiled Some celery, finely sliced Some fried shallots
How to Make: Roughly chop tomatoes. Heat oil in a pot and sauté shallots until fragrant. Add tomatoes, garlic, and salt. Cook while stirring until well combined. Reduce the heat. Add powdered chicken broth, stir again. Pour in water and bring to a boil. Add boiled noodles, mustard greens, red bird's eye chili, green onions, and eggs as desired. Cook until the noodles are soft and add instant noodle seasoning. Stir well and remove from heat. Serve the noodles while still warm, garnish with celery and fried shallots.
Recipe for Tomato Noodle Soup with Egg
Ingredients: 1 package instant noodles 2 eggs, beaten ½ teaspoon sesame oil ½ teaspoon powdered broth 500 ml water Salt to taste Powdered broth to taste Sufficient amount of cooking oil 2 shallots 2 cloves of garlic 2 bird's eye chili peppers 1 tomato Sufficient amount of scallions
How to Make: Heat the cooking oil, add the eggs and cook scrambled until the eggs are cooked. Add shallots, garlic, bird's eye chili, tomatoes, and thinly sliced scallions. Pour water, add instant noodle seasoning, sesame oil, and powdered broth. Stir all ingredients until well combined. Once the broth is boiling, add the noodles and stir.
