- 1 large-sized potato, wash and brush the skin until there is no soil, cut into medium-sized pieces - 1 bunch of spinach, cut and wash thoroughly - 300 grams of chicken breast, diced - Half an onion, finely sliced - 3 cloves of garlic, finely sliced - 1 tablespoon of cornstarch - 100ml of low-fat milk - Pepper - Salt - Chicken broth - Garlic powder
How to make: - Steam the potatoes that have been cut for 20 minutes, sauté with a little oil - Season the diced chicken with salt, pepper, and broth, stir and let it sit.
- After the chicken seasoning has absorbed, sauté with a little oil until the color changes and the inside is cooked, set aside. - Sauté the garlic and onion until wilted.
- Enter cornstarch into sauteed onions, stir, then pour in milk, salt, broth, pepper, and garlic powder- Add clean washed spinach into the milk, stir until smooth.
-Insert the sautéed chicken, stir again- Serve with processed potatoes, so it becomes a vegetable menu rich in protein and iron.
