How to Make: Mix beef bones, scallions, ginger, and garlic in a pot. Boil for 1-2 hours until oil appears and the broth tastes savory. Then, add soy sauce, miso paste, and soy milk. Stir slowly until well blended. Add salt and broth powder to the soup. Then, stir occasionally and taste it occasionally to adjust the flavor. Meanwhile, boil the eggs for only 6 minutes to get a half-cooked result. If you want it fully cooked, boil the eggs according to the usual instructions.
While boiling the eggs, occasionally stir with chopsticks. This is to ensure that the yolk remains in the center when sliced. Remove and let it sit in cold water.
