Ingredients:500 grams of chicken fillet4 cloves of garlic\u00bc onion100 ml of milk\u00be teaspoon of salt\u00be teaspoon of powdered broth\u00bc teaspoon of pepper \u00bd tablespoon of mixed herbs1 teaspoon of paprika powder1 teaspoon of vinegar2 tablespoons of chili sauce1 egg6 tablespoons of dry flour mixture
"Dry Flour Ingredients:"
300 grams medium protein flour2 teaspoons paprika powder1 tablespoon garlic powder100 grams cornstarch1 tablespoon baking powder1 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon pepper
How to make: Dry then cut the chicken into thumb-sized pieces. Blend garlic, onion, and milk until smooth. In a bowl, put in the chicken, milk and onion mixture, salt, powdered broth, pepper, mixed herbs, paprika powder, vinegar, chili sauce, and eggs. Stir until well combined, then let it sit for 15-30 minutes. In another bowl, mix all the dry flour ingredients. Stir well. Add 6 tablespoons of the dry flour mixture to the chicken batter. Stir until well combined.
After marinating, coat the chicken with a mixture of dry flour. Heat the oil, fry the chicken until cooked with low heat. Ready to serve with sambal sauce.
