Recipe Enoki Mushroom Soup

Ingredients: - ½ package of enoki mushrooms, discard the root part - ½ box of white tofu, diced - 1 carrot - 1 clove of garlic - ¼ onion - 1 stalk of green onion - 1 tablespoon of soy sauce - 1 tablespoon of sesame oil for stir-frying - ¼ teaspoon of salt - ¼ teaspoon of powdered broth - ½ teaspoon of powdered pepper - 400 ml of water

               

"How to make:"

Iris tipis wortel, bawang putih, bawang bombay, dan daun bawang. Panaskan minyak wijen, tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay hingga wangi. Tambahkan air, masak hingga mendidih. Masukkan irisan wortel, masak hingga layu. Kemudian, masukkan juga tahu dan jamur enoki, masak hingga matang. Masukkan kecap asin, garam, kaldu bubuk, dan merica bubuk. Aduk rata. Tambahkan irisan daun bawang, masak hingga layu. Siap disajikan. Thinly slice carrots, garlic, onions, and scallions. Heat sesame oil, sauté garlic and onions until fragrant. Add water, cook until boiling. Add sliced carrots, cook until wilted. Then, add tofu and enoki mushrooms, cook until done. Add soy sauce, salt, powder broth, and powdered pepper. Stir well. Add sliced scallions, cook until wilted. Ready to serve.

Recipe Enoki Mushroom Tofu Chicken Soup

Ingredients: 1 slice of chicken breast or thigh fillet 2 pieces of tofu, diced 1 pack of enoki mushrooms, remove the roots 3 leaves of Chinese cabbage, sliced 1 egg, beaten 2 cloves of garlic, chopped 2 cm of ginger, crushed 1 stalk of spring onion, sliced 1 tablespoon of soy sauce ½ teaspoon of sugar 1 teaspoon of sesame oil Cornstarch solution Salt and pepper to taste
