How to Make: Mix roasted and ground peanuts with margarine and sugar. Mix with high speed until the dough becomes pale. Decrease the mixer speed, add eggs one by one. Stir evenly until it expands. Gradually add baking powder and wheat flour to the dough. Also add condensed milk that has been dissolved in 200 ml of water. Stir with low-speed mixer until well blended.

Recipe Steamed Peanut Cake

Ingredients:200 gr peanuts300 gr flour250 gr granulated sugar150 gr margarine, melted200 ml water2 eggs3 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk1 teaspoon baking powder½ teaspoon vanilla powder¼ teaspoon saltButtercream as neededPeanuts, ground

               

How to Make: Fry or roast peanuts and remove the skin. Crush and blend peanuts until smooth. Beat sugar, eggs, and vanilla until sugar dissolves and eggs expand. Mix sifted flour and baking powder. Add smooth peanuts and salt into the flour. Dissolve condensed milk and enough water. Pour into the flour mixture. Stir until the batter is smooth and there are no lumps.

Preheat the steamer, cover it with a clean cloth. Gradually add the flour mixture to the egg mixture while stirring slowly with a spatula. Pour in the margarine and mix well with the batter. Prepare a baking pan, thinly coat it with margarine and sprinkle with flour. Pour the batter into the pan and tap the pan to evenly distribute the batter. After the steamer is hot, place the pan in the steamer. Steam the peanut cake for 30 minutes. Remove from the steamer, cut the peanut cake into pieces and serve.
