How to Make: Peel and thinly slice ambon bananas, store in a large tray. Dry the bananas for 6 days, occasionally turning them over to ensure even drying. Mix rice flour, wheat flour, sugar, and salt with enough water. Dip the dried bananas into the batter. Fry all the banana batter until golden brown. Remove and drain. Ready to serve fried bananas.

Ingredients: 500 gr of bananas, dry for approximately 7 days. 100 gr of rice flour. 110 ml of clean water. 1 tablespoon of margarine, melt. Salt to taste. A pinch of slaked lime, dissolve with a little water.
