Crabstick 7.5 tablespoons wheat flour 3 tablespoons cornstarch ½ teaspoon baking powder 1 egg 200ml cold water 2-3 pcs ice cubes

Make the flour dough, mix the wheat flour, cornstarch, baking powder, eggs, and cold water, then stir all the dough ingredients evenly. Then add ice cubes to the dough.
Sprinkle the crabstick with flour, then put the crabstick into the prepared wet batter. Make sure every side of the crabstick is evenly coated with the batter.
Heat the oil until hot enough, then fry the crabsticks by inserting and shaking them so that each side of the crabstick spreads.
Fry the crab sticks until they reach the desired level of crispiness, then drain the oil. If you want them even crispier, you can fry the crab sticks again with hot oil or use an air fryer.
